We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, and we felt well taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was just outside the center of town, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere surrounded by trees and greenery. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the main attractions, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, service, and amenities provided here are exceptional and will surely enhance your stay in this beautiful city.

The pool was great and kids loved to go there in afternoon. The apartment rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, location is great, you have two major super markets very close and the view to forest is fantastic. very peaceful place.

Hotel restaurant had not much good food and the prices for the food are unreasonable. There is not enough parking space for the cars.

Its location is romance; and it is not far from the town life and shopping. It is a small town. The town is so beautiful and it has many memorial places which changed now to hotels and spas. It is also suitable for the people whom like walking sport because of its high roads surroundings with historical buildings and pleasant flowers and trees

About my reservation in Agricola Hotel; from 26th of June until 11th of July; I could not book from your Flash Deal because I did not secure my flight date; and the offer shaw that the advanced payment is nonrefundable. I could not get to your flash deal in Germany so I booked the normal price you offered 1200.00 eu which was more than the flash deal offer. I noted in my agreement that this price will be for two rooms for fifteen nights. At the Hotel I compromised with a receptionist lady; and we agreed on 60.00 eu per night, I.E. 900.00 eu for 15 nights. But the Hotel bill stated 1275.00 eu = 31075.30 and that was also more than the amount we agreed on. Moreover the total cost of this stay increased to 1352.84 eu according to my bankers note. Referring to my bankers; they told me that was what they received from the third party ( bank ). Anyhow I'm not concerned with the hotel strange dealing and formalities with their banks. The normal formality is to drow from my card exactly the same amount we agreed on; or not more than the amount was shown in their reservation message; the same as the other hotels deal in the Chick Republic which I reserved with them several times. You are kindly requested to communicate with this hotel as to adjust my account and withdrawal 152.84 eu at least to my credit card. This message is sent after consulting my Bankers. Best regards.

The Spa was absolutely amazing! the treatments were outstanding, and the staff were very friendly. We also loved the outdoor activities, especially the mini-golf. the location was perfect for us, very convenient for all the attractions we wanted to see.

The breakfast wasn't great, and the mattresses were too firm for us. the room had frosted glass doors, so there wasn't much privacy.

The service was excellent from the time we arrived at reception to the moment we left. The room was very comfortable (we got an apartment for us and our daughter). Location was nice as it was right next to the forest for walks and also next to the town center for shopping and sightseeing. Nice pool which we had practically to ourselves most of the time.

The hotel is a little outdated and seemed more for elderly people, not for families but this can be because we went in November. The breakfast, while plentiful, seemed a little bland (again maybe for the elderly people). Everyone was friendly and our stay was pleasant, however, so no major complaints.

The treatments were wonderful and really helped me unwind. The location was perfect for a weekend break, with lovely views of green surroundings and plenty of fresh air to breathe. The breakfast and dinner options were varied and tasty, with something for everyone's taste. Added to that, the hotel staff were very polite and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Although the facilities at the hotel were adequate, the decor could do with updating to match modern tastes. the sauna area was shared with the physiotherapy department, leading to some lack of privacy in the mornings.

This hotel benefits from being in a great location that's within easy reach of town centre, close to grocery stores, and perfect for taking a leisurely stroll to the shops. the room is spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities, alongside a good-sized bathroom. the service is still friendly and hospitable, with delicious breakfast and stunning views from some of the rooms.

Some members of the hotel's management staff are extremely unprofessional, with rude and dismissive attitudes towards guests.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was just outside the center of town but within easy walking distance of everything. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. We also enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff to be very helpful.
